* This free website offer ("Program") is provided by Spectrum IT ("Provider") and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: The Program is open to registered nonprofit organizations and active mission-based organizations. For-profit businesses, personal brands, and influencers are not eligible.
- Application Period: Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM MST on April 30, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Selection Process: One (1) organization will be selected by the Provider based on various factors including, but not limited to, mission alignment, need, and ability to participate in the development process. The Provider's decision is final.
- Program Inclusions: The selected organization will receive:
- A custom website (5-7 pages)
- One (1) year of hosting via Vercel
- Basic SEO optimization
- DNS and email setup
- 14 days of post-launch support for minor changes and updates
- Optional blog setup (if requested)
- Organization Responsibilities: The selected organization must:
- Provide necessary content (text, images, etc.)
- Designate a point person for communication
- Actively participate in the development process
- Timeline: Project will commence approximately one week after selection. Failure to meet organization responsibilities may result in project termination.
- Limitations: The Program does not include:
- Complex applications or e-commerce functionality
- Ongoing maintenance beyond the 14-day post-launch period
- Content creation or copywriting services
- Hosting costs beyond the first year
- Modifications: Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
By submitting an application, organizations acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
